HASDI was established on 1 August 2026 at its founding general assembly. Its articles of association, comprising 27 articles, define its purpose, its fields of intervention, its governance rules, the conditions of membership and the arrangements for overseeing its management. They are the organisation's reference document: every policy published in this section derives from them.
The minutes of the founding general assembly record the adoption of the articles of association and the election of the first Board. We make these documents available in full, without summary or rewording, so that anyone — member, donor, partner or institutional donor — can consult them directly.

The organisation has just been declared to the French authorities. Its RNA number (French national register of associations) and the extract of the publication of its declaration in the Official Journal of Associations (JOAFE) are pending publication: they will be added to this page as soon as they are available. The same applies to the SIRET number, which will be published once obtained. No other registration reference should be considered authentic unless it appears on this page. Any subsequent amendment to the articles of association will be published on this page under the same conditions, together with the reference of its declaration.
